This year’s Summit was a huge success! Save the date for next year’s Summit: August 15, 2015.
The Family Leadership Summit 2014 was a tremendous example of the passion and energy that exists within the Christian conservative movement!

Governor Terry Branstad and Lt. Gov. Kim Reynolds welcomed everyone, then changed into something more comfortable as they headed to the State Fair!

Tony Perkins, President of Family Research Council, a partner organization along with Citizens United and The FAMiLY LEADER, also shared remarks about why Christians need to be involved in civics.

Many attendees remarked that Senator Tim Scott was a real treat to hear. Many hadn’t heard of him, but were very impressed with what he had to say.

Back by popular request, Pastor Rafael Cruz, Senator Ted Cruz’s father, gave a tremendous presentation.

It was exciting to hear Texas Rick Perry address the many issues our country faces, and the need for strong leadership.

Louisiana Governor, Bobby Jindal, who recently issued an executive order in his state to ban Common Core curriculum, addressed the need for better education.

The Family Leadership Summit is designed to educate and mobilize the conservative base regarding worldview application and issues that impact the family.  The Summit will provide Iowans the opportunity to hear top conservative national leaders, gathered together in one place, cast their leadership vision.
